About me<\/span><\/h1>\n

I\u2019m not <\/span><\/span>the creative genius in the room.<\/span><\/h2>\n

And that\u2019s intentional.<\/p>\n

When I walk into a workshop, I don\u2019t try to impress anyone with brilliant ideas.I don\u2019t believe innovation fails because people lack creativity.<\/p>\n

In most industrial companies I\u2019ve worked with, there is more than enough expertise, experience, and technical brilliance.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s often missing is something else:<\/p>\n

A clear way to decide.<\/p>\n

Where this perspective comes from<\/span><\/h2>\n

I\u2019ve spent more than a decade in product development and innovation environments.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve seen teams:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • build real products before validating assumptions<\/li>\n
  • defend ideas because too much reputation was already invested<\/li>\n
  • pursue multiple directions in parallel because no one wanted to choose<\/li>\n
  • confuse technical progress with market evidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n

    None of this happened because people were careless.It happened because early decisions were never made explicit.<\/p>\n

    That insight shaped the way I work.<\/p>\n

    What I actually care about<\/span><\/h2>\n

    I don\u2019t care about having ideas.<\/p>\n

    I care about whether an idea deserves commitment.<\/p>\n

    \n

    There is a difference.<\/p>\n

    Ideas are cheap.<\/p>\n

    Commitment is expensive.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Budgets.<\/li>\n
    • Capacity.<\/li>\n
    • Reputation.<\/li>\n
    • Strategic direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Once these are attached to an idea, course corrections become difficult \u2014 sometimes politically impossible.<\/p>\n

      My work happens before that moment.<\/p>\n

      How I work<\/span><\/h2>\n

      I guide teams through the uncomfortable space between:<\/p>\n

      \u201cThis seems like a good idea\u201dand\u201cWe are ready to commit real resources.\u201d<\/p>\n

      \n

      That means:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • making assumptions visible<\/li>\n
      • structuring options so they can actually be compared<\/li>\n
      • separating enthusiasm from evidence<\/li>\n
      • designing validation paths before investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n

        Sometimes I push.<\/p>\n

        Sometimes I pull.<\/p>\n

        But I always insist on clarity.Not because clarity feels good \u2014but because unclear commitments are expensive.<\/p>\n

        What clients typically experience<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Clients don\u2019t come to me because they need more ideas.<\/p>\n

        They come when:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • several directions seem plausible<\/li>\n
        • strategic consequences are unclear<\/li>\n
        • development is about to start<\/li>\n
        • or circular \/ systemic changes affect the entire value chain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n

          They sense that a decision is being made \u2014but it hasn\u2019t been properly decided.<\/p>\n

          \n

          That\u2019s the space I make manageable.<\/p>\n

          Proof without hype<\/span><\/h2>\n

          Over the years I\u2019ve supported industrial teams who:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • reconsidered a premium product direction after testing real buying motives<\/li>\n
          • prioritized competing ideas by making strategic trade-offs explicit<\/li>\n
          • clarified value propositions before committing development budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The result is rarely \u201cfaster innovation\u201d in the beginning.<\/p>\n

            It\u2019s something more valuable:<\/p>\n

            Clearer decisions. Earlier.And real speed once resources are committed.<\/p>\n

            Why clients still call me<\/span><\/h2>\n

            Because I\u2019m independent from their ideas.<\/p>\n

            Because I\u2019m structured.<\/p>\n

            Because I\u2019m comfortable asking the questions that slow momentum down \u2014before that momentum becomes expensive.<\/p>\n

            And because I care less about being rightand more about making the decision right.<\/p>\n
