We wanted to reach practical, actionable ideas with key customers more quickly. To do that, we needed external facilitation, clear methods, and fresh perspectives. That’s how we developed and implemented the “Customer Innovation Days” concept together with Florian.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt wurden vier Innovation Days mit vier Kunden erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt. Daraus entstanden klare Opportunity-Backlogs und priorisierte Konzepte. Weitere Innovation Days sind bereits in der Planung.<\/p>\n

Besonders \u00fcberzeugend war die Kombination aus wertsch\u00e4tzender, energiegeladener Moderation und klarer Struktur. Das Graphical Recording gab jedem Tag eine eigene Identit\u00e4t und nachhaltige Wirkung.<\/p>\n
